Learn how to bring out the best in peak-season, local Ontario strawberries in both savoury and sweet dishes. On the menu this evening, we are making a fresh Spinach Salad with Strawberries and Feta, easy Baked Balsamic Chicken and fluffy Strawberry Scones served with fresh whipped cream. Simple, seasonal and bursting with local Ontario strawberry flavour.
